REFUND POLICY

At PropTech Pulse, operated by Aurum PropTech Limited, all purchases made on our platform at acad.aurumproptech.in are final. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to this No Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales on PropTech Pulse Uni are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is made — whether for a course, webinar, session, bundle, or any other offering on the platform — no refund, reversal, or cancellation will be entertained under any circumstances.

We encourage all learners to carefully review the course description, curriculum, preview content, and pricing before making a purchase decision.

2. No Refunds On

This policy applies to all products and services offered on the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Online courses and certification programs
  • Live webinars and sessions
  • Recorded sessions and replays
  • Course bundles and packages
  • Certification and assessment fees
  • Any promotional or discounted purchases

3. No Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or loss of interest after purchase
  • Lack of time to access or complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction with course content or difficulty level
  • Technical issues on the learner's device, browser, or internet connection
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases — please contact us immediately in such cases and we will review at our sole discretion
  • Failure to use the purchased content within any given timeframe

4. Access & Validity

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course or content as per the access period specified on the course page. It is the learner's responsibility to utilise the content within the stated access period. Expiry of access does not entitle a refund.

5. Cancellation of Sessions by Us

In the rare event that a live webinar or session is cancelled by PropTech Pulse, registered participants will be offered either a reschedule or a platform credit of equivalent value. No cash refund will be issued in this scenario either.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer in contradiction of this policy will be treated as a violation of our Terms of Use. In such cases, Aurum PropTech Limited reserves the right to immediately revoke access to all purchased content, suspend or permanently terminate your account, and contest the dispute with full documentary evidence including purchase records and access logs.

7. Changes to This Policy

Aurum PropTech Limited reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
